On the morning of your wedding day, remember to
eat breakfast!  You may not feel like it because
you'll feel so keyed up with excitement, but
you'll need reserves of strength and energy to get
through the day.  If traditional breakfast food
doesn't appeal to you, try a fruit smoothie.

Next week we tell you the top tip to avoid having

Here is your 29th weekly wedding tip

Here is your 29th weekly wedding tip:

For a charming tribute to the enduring quality
of marriage, choose a few older slow songs for
your reception and invite all of the married
couples to join the bride and groom on the dance
floor.  After a few moments, have the DJ announce
that only couples married ten years or longer
should remain, then fifteen, then twenty...until
you have only one couple and the bride and groom
on the dance floor.  If you like, give a small
gift to the couple remaining.

Next week we highlight a way to ensure your
guests get discounted hotel room rates!
